Right of withdrawal

Who this applies to

This notice applies to consumers: anyone who buys an activation for purposes that are outside their trade, business or profession. Business customers and resellers have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you place the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction: in USDT on the Polygon network, to the wallet address the payment came from, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

An activation is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires when we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). That is the second box on the activation page, or the order button in the Telegram bot, which say exactly this. The activation starts the moment your payment is confirmed on the network.

If you would rather keep your right of withdrawal, do not tick that box; write to us instead and we will activate the device after the fourteen days have passed.
